Mike Hawk Homes, LLC is a custom home builder located in Troy , Ohio .  We are currently building homes at the Villages of Concord ( Troy , Ohio ), although we are not limited to building only in those communities. 

Our goal at Mike Hawk Homes is to not only to build you the finest quality home, but also to make your home building experience enjoyable.  Building a new home is a very exciting process.   For many, it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the home they've dreamed of come to life in wood and brick, one layer at a time.  It should be a fun, memorable time, with no surprises at the end of the process.
